How to Become an Instructor
In compliance with ISO 29993 and ISO 9001, we follow systematic procedure to hire expert matter per training objective(s). The training shall be delivered by a instructors who are qualified and trained in delivering the learning service in question and are trained in the use of the methods and materials.

Subject Mater Expert in Materials Engineering and Fracture Analysis:
Introduction
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated instructors in Material Engineering or related fields to significantly enhance the teaching provision and contribute to the intended growth of MALYOMAR as a Learning and Development company.
MALYOMAR Engineering is a learning and development company. We provide our own learning programs plus programs from other affiliates. We are ASME Authorized Training Provider has a network Authorized Training Instructors.
MALYOMAR teaches ASME Standards Courses to industrial community. We guide people through an exciting journey through digital era.
Job Qualifications
- A Ph.D. degree in Material engineering , or a closely related field, with a focus on Materials.
- Expertise in teaching one or more areas of Materials Engineering , such as Metallurgical, Corrosion, Polymers, Ceramic, and Crystal Engineering.
- Minimum Ten years of experience in teaching and mentoring students at the undergraduate level, with a commitment to excellence in education. Egyptian experience is advantageous.
- Practical experience is are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English languages.
Job Duties
- Demonstrate skill and knowledge in teaching discipline.
- Develop syllabi for relevant courses.
- Review, evaluate, and recommend student textbooks and learning materials;
- Develop, and use a variety of teaching materials that assist students in meeting course objectives.
- Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of instruction by utilizing innovative methodologies, techniques, and delivery methods.
- Evaluate students to measure their progress toward achievement of stated course objectives.
- Keep accurate student records and submit related reports and forms within requested timelines.
- Teach courses at a variety of times and locations in response to needs;
- Hold regular lectures time limits hours.
- Participate in department and college-wide professional development activities and committees.
- The applicant is expected to be able to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English languages. S/he is expected to maintain professional, ethical, and responsible interactions with trainees and staff.
- Plan lessons and assignments in line with company and quality standards.
- Adhere to plans set by the company and teach courses according to allocated contact hours.
- Design assessments to measure student progress and grade papers, tests, and other work as per the course syllabus and company guidelines.
