Experience in Fitness-For-Service assessment procedures that can be used to evaluate pressurized components containing flaws or damage, which give a decision to run  as  is  repair,  re-rate,  alter,  or  retire  the  equipment  according  to  API  579  / ASME-FFS Level 1 &2.
